How we write, test and correct
The rules every article on this site follows, including the ones about our own product.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help research and draft. Every article is fact-checked against its sources, tested where it includes code or settings, and edited by a named person before publishing. Data in our reports comes from public datasets (Chrome UX Report, HTTP Archive) and our own measurements, and every query is published on our methodology page.
Comparisons with competitors
We make OptiMo Vitals, so every comparison says so at the top. Every number links to its source or to our query. Competitor prices show the date we checked them on the vendor's own page, and a price older than 35 days is hidden until it is checked again. We do not give competitors star ratings.
What we will not publish
Results we have not measured, ratings or reviews that do not exist, and features that have not shipped. A page that still waits for a number or a source is kept out of search until it has one.
Corrections
If you find an error, tell us and we'll correct it publicly in our changelog.
